Nice neighbors and staff. Complex is quiet, well kept and clean. Staff responds promptly and maintenance comes quickly. Repairs are made quickly and thoroughly. Maintenance cleans up always polite too.

I lived at Benning Woods for two years and my experience was very pleasant. My daughter was looking for somewhere in DC that's affordable I thought of Benning Woods a place that I once called home. It is in the middle of the city and near many places. I love being near the highway. The manager Anissa was awesome she stayed on top of everything that went on. I would definitely recommend friends, family and associate's to the property.
